01 — Acceptance
By accessing dudcloset.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
02 — Products
All DUD products are limited-edition garments issued in runs of 60 per style. Product images are representative; minor colour variations may occur due to screen calibration. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
03 — Orders
An order placed on dudcloset.com constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock discrepancies. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
04 — Payment
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Accepted methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and NetBanking. DUD does not store payment credentials.
05 — Intellectual Property
All content on dudcloset.com — including the Vigil Glyph, DUD® wordmark, product photography, copy, and design system — is the exclusive property of DUD. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
06 — Limitation of Liability
DUD’s liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
07 — Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
