01 — What is DUD?

DUD® is an anti-fashion dark luxury brand from Chennai, India. We produce limited-edition garments in runs of exactly 60 pieces per style. When they’re gone, they’re gone. We do not reprint. We do not restock.

02 — How do I know which size to order?

DUD garments are cut oversized by design. If you prefer a relaxed drape, order your standard size. If you prefer a closer fit, size down one. A detailed size chart with CM measurements is available on each product page.

03 — What does “CRITICAL” mean?

“CRITICAL” indicates 5 or fewer units remain in stock for that style. Once a style sells out, it is permanently archived as PURGED.

04 — What does “PURGED — ARCHIVED” mean?

A PURGED product has sold out and will not be restocked. The file is permanently closed. This is by design — DUD garments are issued documents, not mass-produced goods.

05 — What fabrics does DUD use?

All SS25 garments are constructed from 280 GSM+ heavyweight cotton fabric. Crafted by local artisans in Tamil Nadu with fair wages, always.

06 — How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery is 3–7 business days depending on location. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

07 — Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns for change of mind, but we do accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page.

08 — What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and NetBanking via Razorpay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

09 — Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not available for SS25. We are building global fulfilment for future seasons. Follow @dudcloset on Instagram for drop announcements.
