01 — Our Doctrine

Every DUD piece is made by hand in Chennai. Cut once. Sewn slow. Priced fair.

Because we are a limited-edition, single-drop label — 60 units per style, no reprints, no restocks — every piece leaves our hands intentionally. Returns disrupt this scarcity. Please read this policy before you order.

02 — No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered against our size guide, or “it did not match the photo” reasons. Please consult the size chart and product description carefully before checkout.

03 — Size Exchange Window (48 hours)

Size exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, subject to availability of the requested size. The garment must be:

· Unworn and unwashed
· Tags intact
· Original packaging preserved

To initiate a size exchange, email support@dudcloset.com or WhatsApp +91 93451 25257 within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and desired size. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost. Once we receive the garment and verify condition, we ship the exchange within 3 working days.

Exchange requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

04 — Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will issue a full replacement or a store credit — no return shipping cost to you. This is the only case where a full refund path is available.

05 — What We Do Not Cover

· Wear and tear from use
· Wash damage after ownership
· Size dissatisfaction outside the 48-hour window
· Alterations done outside of DUD

06 — Made in India

Every stitch is placed by a craftsman in Chennai on a fair wage. When you buy a DUD, you buy hours of hand-work. That is why our policy is strict — so those hours stay honoured.
