Cancellation Policy

01 — Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for dispatch. Given our limited production runs, garments are allocated immediately upon payment.

02 — How to Cancel

Email support@dudcloset.com with your order number and subject line “CANCEL ORDER #XXXX” within the 2-hour window.

03 — After Processing

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a size exchange (see Returns & Exchanges) upon delivery.

04 — Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
