Returns & Exchanges

01 — Our Philosophy

DUD garments are issued in editions of 60. Each piece is quality-checked before it leaves our hands. We stand behind what we make.

02 — Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability of the requested size. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

To initiate an exchange, email support@dudcloset.com with your order number and the size you need. We will confirm availability and provide return shipping instructions.

03 — No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Given our limited-edition model (60 pieces per style), each garment is allocated intentionally. Please check our size guide before ordering.

04 — Defective or Damaged Items

If your garment arrives defective or damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will issue a full replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

05 — PURGED Items

Archived (PURGED) products are final sale. No exchanges on discontinued files.
