Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility:
• Product must be unused and unworn.
• All tags and packaging must be intact.
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used items, items with perfume/body smell, damaged items after delivery, sale items (unless defective).

Exchange:
Only size exchange allowed, subject to stock availability.

Refund:
Refund applicable only for defective items. Processed within 5–7 days after approval.

Pickup:
Reverse pickup depends on pin code; self-ship may be required.
